AU to update email notifications
It’s getting easier for students to get important information from Athabasca University (AU).
Beginning Thursday, November 14, AU will send out email notifications letting students know they have unread e-letters. E-letters replace traditional paper letters sent via Canada Post.
We have made this change in response to student feedback, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the student experience.
Previously, students were required to regularly log in to the myAU student portal to check for important updates, including information about registration, tutor introductions, examination information, and final grades.
