Convocation 2020 update
In response to the updated public health order restricting gatherings of more than 15 people, Athabasca University made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person convocation ceremonies in Toronto and Athabasca this year.
While we are disappointed that we won’t be able to celebrate in person, our team is looking at ways to reimagine Convocation 2020 to ensure we have a meaningful celebration.
Celebrating your academic achievement is important to us at AU, especially in our 50th anniversary year.
While we don’t have details yet on what Convocation 2020 will look like, we will share them as soon as we can. We will post updates to The Hub as more details become available.
