A note about December exams
A courtesy reminder to all students with a course contract end date of December 31, 2019: AU will be closed for the holidays at the end of business on Tuesday, December 24th, 2019 and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2020. There will be no exam writing sessions available at any of the three AU locations (Athabasca, Calgary or Edmonton) during this time.
Examination requests that are received before the University closure for courses with a course contract end date of December 31 are allowed additional time to write their examinations without being charged the Late Exam Fee. Exams requested before the University closure for courses with a contract end date of December 31 must be completed no later than January 15 of the following year. Find more details here.
If you have further questions about writing your exams at AU Edmonton or AU Calgary locations, you can email email@example.com; or call 1.800.788.9041 and follow the prompts related to exam writing at both of these locations.
Questions related to writing exams at all other locations may be directed to the Office of the Registrar Exam Unit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
