PowerED™ wins CMED Peer Choice Award for the second year in a row!
On November 20, PowerED™ won the Peer Choice Award for the best online program at the 43rd annual Conference on Management and Executive Development (CMED) for the second year in a row!
CMED is an annual conference that brings together professionals from university-based executive education centres from all around the world. For the 2020 conference, the CMED Awards went virtual and recognized resiliency, creativity, and innovation in the face of unprecedented challenges faced by university-based executive, professional and continuing education organizations in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As businesses adjusted to the rapidly transforming landscape and shifted to adapt to these unprecedented times, PowerED™ responded by launching Navigating Extraordinary Times, a free online and on-demand micro-course.
“Even though we were not physically in attendance this year, the whole PowerED™ team is honoured to have been selected for the second year in a row as the CMED Peer Choice Award winners. We are so happy that we were able to deliver a free, on-demand and timely course to people when they need it most.”– Jessica Scott, Director of PowerED™
This self-directed online micro-course provides leaders with strategies, tools, and frameworks for successfully navigating this new reality. People can work through the course at their own pace, on their own schedules, and come back to the course as often as they would like.
“Saying these times have been tumultuous would be an understatement, but we hope that the Navigating Extraordinary Times course provided some relief and resources to those trying to navigate these unprecedented times,” she said.
