Maintenance scheduled for login.athabascau.ca
The main sign-in page at login.athabascau.ca will be unavailable on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. MST due to system upgrades.
The changes include updating the page theme to match the rest of the Athabasca University website, making some behind-the-scenes technical updates to help keep the sign-in process secure, and introducing self-serve password resets via email.
During this time users may not be able to sign in to AU systems, or may be redirected to sign in again.
The self-serve password reset function will use the preferred email address we have on file for your account. For students, this will be your Office 365 @athabasca.edu address if you’ve activated it, or the personal email address you’ve provided to us. For staff, the password reset system will use your staff email address.
We encourage students to activate their Office 365 account and email address as it is free and allows you to install Microsoft Office on up to five personal computers—along with many other perks.
