2023 Graduate Student Research Conference
16615 – 109 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5P 4K8
The 2023 Graduate Student Research Conference (GSRC) will be held in person on Oct. 13 to 15, 2023.
The GSRC is a multi-disciplinary academic research forum that brings together graduate students and alumni from all faculties at Athabasca University. The conference is co-sponsored by the Athabasca University Graduate Students’ Association (AUGSA) and the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
The annual GSRC offers the opportunity to showcase complete and ongoing research projects at different stages, and to develop and gain research presentation experience in a supportive peer environment. It is the ideal setting for graduate students to test themselves and prepare for their public thesis defense and high-profile national and international research conferences.
This year’s conference theme, “Driven to Learn”, celebrates AU students’ dedication, resiliency, and commitment to lifelong learning in an ever-changing world. Our students are groundbreaking and innovative in their research while transforming the lives and communities around them.
