In this session, we’ll introduce reference management tools. We’ll discuss what they are, how they can help you with your academic work, and how to choose one. We’ll compare 3 options: Zotero, Mendeley, and Endnote, and will provide a demo of Zotero.
By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
- Identify at least 3 reference management options
- Be able to explain reasons why they would use a reference manager
- Be able to get started with the basic uses of a reference management system
- Choose a reference management system that best meets their needs
