AU team wins Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition
Congratulations to the Athabasca University (AU) team that won first place at the 2022 Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition
Forty business students from Alberta post-secondaries were given a business problem and worked in teams to develop a solution that was presented to a panel of judges.
This year’s challenge, held in March 2022, focused on the growth of the Medicine Hat solar company, Terralta Inc. The Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition sought business solutions to improve Terralta’s overall corporate structure, strategy, and hierarchy.
Congratulations to the winning AU team: Keith Pritchard, Lexie Pullman, James Purdy, and Amanda Ramchuk. They created solutions around leading short and long-term goals for Terralta Inc. to strive, meet, and achieve their newfound mission and vision.
