Apply to online university
Let’s be real; applying to university is not the most fun or stress-free experience. Luckily, online universities like Athabasca University have step-by-step instructions on how to apply, so you can start your learning journey as soon as possible! Thanks to our continuous enrolment, you can even register for courses the minute you complete your application.
Make the application process easier for yourself by arranging all of your materials before you start! You will need:
Your transcripts (names of all institutions you have attended/are currently attending and high school courses and marks)
A valid form of ID and credit card (to pay for our one-time general application fee)
And
Your Alberta Student Number (ASN), which you will have if you already applied to or attended a school or post-secondary institution in Alberta. If you don’t have an ASN, don’t fret! The ApplyAlberta system will assign one to you.
To make the application process go even faster, choose your undergraduate courses, undergraduate program, graduate courses, or graduate program in advance! Many of AU’s undergraduate programs are open admission, but for specific entry requirements it’s best to visit the appropriate programs page to find out exactly what you’ll need.
